We think this is the best ice cream mix packaged for your specific size homemade ice cream maker.  You can use this in your countertop 1 quart machine or 1 1/2 quart machines by dividing the packs of ice cream mix.  An example would be, a 1.5 quart ice cream machine you could use the 6 quart packs  divided it into quarters.  You may add a sugar substitute in place of the sugar for all you diabetic friends.
